DMCA Guidelines – Flixfox

Flixfox supports the arts and respects intellectual property. This policy explains the process that is followed for complaints of alleged copyright infringement on our site (the "Service") and how we will review these requests in a fair, efficient, clear and enforceable manner.

1. What's covered in this policy

This policy covers text, photos, page layout and any other content we directly host on Flixfox pages.Links and References on our Website: Our website may contain links to other websites as well as references or embedded content from other websites. 2. How to make a removal request

If you believe something on Flixfox violates your copyright, we encourage you to let us know, and we will review it before taking any action. To help us take action quickly, please send the following information:

3. What comes next

Also, if a poster ID gets sent three full blown notices in its existence and we catch one of said notices, it will be held by us and have to peel out or hide under the staircase as we remove their badness till they are happy. The individual who submitted the initial claim can obtain your counter-notification.

5. Abuse

Abusive or other inappropriate claims may be reported and prosecuted. If you have a reason to, do not dispatch alerts.
